- Toxic Mold Project Consulting: We will give you the information needed to identify the most evident and contributing causes for your mold problem. We will then assist you in action steps and measures needed to correct those causes. Secondarily, and if necessary, our services are available to review and determine whether or not a contractor’s mold remediation protocol follows established industry guidelines (extremely important!). We also offer insurance and litigation support.
- Toxic Mold and Mildew Inspections/Assessments: We provide thorough on-site examinations to identify problem areas and take moisture measurements in suspect areas. We offer visual and intrusive mold and mildew inspection services, photographic documentation and provide lab results and final assessment reports.
- Toxic Mold Sampling/Testing: A trained and qualified professional will take air samples using state of the art equipment, swab and/or lift samples and/or bulk samples. We will then coordinate with laboratories and provide you with interpretation of mold sampling/testing results relative to your site conditions.
- Toxic Mold Post-Remediation Assessments: Following remediation (clean-up) we encourage and can provide inspection and re-testing (known as clearance testing) of all areas to determine the effectiveness of the completed remediation work.
